FLSUN - S1
FLSun S1 features a build volume of 320 x 320 x 430 mm and is focused on high-speed printing – claiming a max speed of 1,200 mm/s, acceleration of up to 40,000 mm/s, and a volumetric flow rate of 110 mm. The S1 also leverages a closed-loop stepper motor system and an all-metal hot end rated to 350 °C. Theres also microtac radar, which works to improve print quality, accuracy, flow, and prints first layers.

Versatility

CPAP High Pressure Turbo Fan
With a wind (air flow) speed of 40 000 rpm that changes according to the printing speed of different parts; automatically adjusts the wind speed to ensure the cooling effect.
Binocular structured light system
The dual eye system consists of two high-definition camera and a micro-sized laser transmiutter and a micron-sized Lidar system that enables first layer scanning and adjusts the flow and accuracy calibration to accurately capture print details.
AI Detection
We employ AI for real-time monitoring and issue identification, including the detection of debris and spaghetti through AI-powered analysis.
Fully Automatic Levelling
With one-click the S1 will calibrate and adjust the bed level, making getting that perfect Z height simple and easy to master.
To maintain accuracy at such high speeds, the S1 incorporates Microtac radar, a unique feature that monitors the print quality in real-time, ensuring that even the fastest prints remain accurate down to a layer thickness of 0.1 mm. The printer also features a PEI textured print bed, which enhances adhesion and makes removal of finished prints much easier. Its innovative smart zone heating system optimizes energy consumption by only heating the necessary areas of the bed based on the print's size.
With a full-integration touchscreen and user-friendly interface, the FLSUN S1 is easy to control, whether you're operating directly or via PC.
